Overseas Factories

Training And Technical Guidance

Technical Guidance By Japanese Experts

We put a lot of effort to train local workers by stationing Japanese experts, whose ages range from 50s and 60s, at each overseas factory as instructor. They have more than 30 years’ experience in a sewing factory in Japan. Their techniques, know-how and the ability to solve problems on the basis of their precious experiences greatly contribute to our quality.

Training System

Our training system ensures that the techniques can be gotten across to end staff.

Training System

First, instructors give instruction to team leaders of each process of works so that they can master the techniques. Then, the leaders teach the learnt techniques to their own members. Instructors know perfectly all about sewing techniques. So team leaders and members can learn them one by one, acquire experience and become locally-hired and talented managing staff.

Required Japanese lesson

It is necessary for local workers to acquire Japanese language in order to accurately obtain information and promote communication with Japanese staff. Thanks to Japanese lesson periodically held in each factory, they can hold a simple conversation.

Training At Head Office

Executive candidates, whose average age is 20s, come to our head office in Hida City, Gifu Prefecture, for six months’ training. During this period, they acquire sewing techniques and Japanese language. They fully understand how important it is that standing on their own two feet in sewing industry can contribute to prosperity for their country, region and family in the future. Their motivation is nothing short of eye-opening. In hope of their country’s development, we are earnestly training up these staff who can take the lead in the future.

Staff Training Essential For Lasting Quality

No matter how mechanization increases in the sewing work, each worker’s experience and skill eventually matters. It is important for local workers to serve for a long time because it directly leads to the accumulation of techniques and their inheritance to the future workers. Therefore, it is an important and assiduous strategy for us to train local workers and give them technical instruction.

Staff Training Essential For Lasting Quality

It is often thought that it is difficult to transfer skills to people in ASEAN countries since they have lower enrollment and literacy rates than Japanese. However, their enthusiasm to work at a job may surpass that of Japanese. We will train all of local workers to be a fully-fledged sewing expert in the hope that they can contribute to their community through their work.
