Previously, we ran a sewing business in Japan. Today, we no longer have any factories in Japan and instead transferred manufacturing section into overseas factories. In Japan, we commissioned such works as cutting textiles and special processing using special sewing machine to outside specialists. Meanwhile, overseas factories assume and conclude these works within their own factory to deliver the products. In addition to them, some factories handle other processing treatments such as needlework and washing. Also, factories in China procure the materials on behalf of a part of customers, produce clothes and deliver the completed products. Factories in Vietnam are mainly doing the sewing process now. However, we are planning to introduce the integrated production system which includes procurement, production and delivery to them.
