From material procurement to product manufacturing

We previously operated sewing production in Japan, but have since discontinued domestic manufacturing and now carry out all production at our overseas factories.
In Japan, fabric cutting was handled by specialized cutting contractors, and processes requiring special machinery were outsourced to dedicated specialists. In contrast, our overseas factories handle not only cutting and specialized sewing processes in-house, but—depending on the facility—also complete additional processes such as embroidery and washing before delivery.
At our factory in China, we provide some clients with a fully integrated service, from material procurement through to product manufacturing. In Vietnam, our operations are currently centered on sewing, but we are working to establish a system that will soon enable us to offer fully integrated production and supply, including material sourcing.
